The phrase 'Red Thread' is one that's always interested me. Its origin lies in Japanese culture as a romantic statement, a belief that people bound together by fate were connected by an invisible red thread. While notsomuch for its romantic connotations, the concept interested me deeply, and today I like to think of a red thread meaning a moment of purpose, a moment you will have been a part of for the remainder of time, and this blog, though not always accomplishing it, is a means I share these moments of life with those who care to read, a single moment where a red thread connects us.
And that is the origin of the Red Thread.
